Product Engineering
Every fan application places different demands on the shaft at its core. We manufacture precision shafts for ceiling fans, exhaust fans, Farrata fans and other fan assemblies, adapting each configuration to the customer’s drawing, sample and functional requirements. From bearing locations to hole patterns and overall geometry, every detail is developed around how the shaft will perform within the final assembly.

Precision Shaft Manufacturing
Manufacturing expertise and process control define how we produce each shaft. Using state-of-the-art machinery across turning, drilling, grooving, tapping and other machining operations, we manufacture complex shaft configurations with the consistency required for large production programs. Our current production exceeds 50,000 components per day while supporting multiple customer-specific designs.

The final performance of a shaft depends on more than its basic geometry. Grinding, reaming and surface treatment are integrated into our production process to refine critical areas and prepare each component for its final application. Our in-house plating capability gives us greater control over surface quality, consistency and production timelines.

Quality & Inspection
Quality is built into each stage of production rather than treated as a final step. Production batches are checked against defined quality reports using micrometers, dimensional inspection tools and feature-specific checks to verify critical shaft dimensions, bearing areas and machined features before packing.
